Of course, it helps that most of our tenants tend to be UK or international executives, professional couples and families, visiting academics and reliable students.
We also firmly believe that good quality properties attracts good quality tenants (and higher rent), so we help our landlords get things looking great in the first place. We also carry out regular inspections to keep it that way but understand that accidents happen and things can go wrong. So, we deal swiftly with maintenance issues and make it easy for tenants to report minor issues and emergencies.
We collect rent and chase any arrears (you’ll be relieved to know that doesn’t happen often… and encouraged to know that most ‘good condition’ deposits are refunded in full).
