About us
Located in Edinburgh’s New Town BruceRae Property Management was established in 1993 by Edinburgh born siblings David Bruce and Elspeth Rae with Colin Rae joining the partnership in 1995.
The initial business idea was to help overseas investors purchase property in Edinburgh after Elspeth successfully found David an investment flat – 16 years later BruceRae Property Management is a prominent player in the Edinburgh market offering a range of services for local, national and overseas Landlords.
Providing a personal service is very important at BruceRae and that is why Elspeth and Colin are pro-active in the day-to-day running of the business.
We take pride in the fact that the majority of our new business comes from word of mouth referral.
