Generally, the leases we organise are short-term, assured tenancies of six months duration. At the end of this six month period, you can either roll out another six month lease or conclude it with no fuss or hassle.
When it comes to sourcing the right tenants, you can be assured that we always vet potential tenants, seeking references from several sources, including employers and banks (for students we also ask for parental guarantees). All rents are collected directly from the tenants’ bank accounts and are credited to your own bank account (minus our fees and incidentals such as any routine property repairs) in a matter of days.
