It forecasts that the UK will see large regional variation in house prices in the coming 12 months. However, Scotland is forecast to do the best in the UK with prices still rising by 4% while Northern Ireland, who have been enjoying remarkable growth of over 40% year on year, are predicted to see a decrease in price of 5%.
